The Speed Reading Trainer tracks a user's gaze and helps them slowly adapt to reading at a speed reader's pace.

This application was made with Open Frameworks.

This application uses Eye Tracker to create a speed reading teaching tool. In this, its first iteration, you have a half second to read a line of text from the moment you first look at the line. After becoming more comfortable speed reading with this application, one would add a reading comprehension test after each speed reading session. This application was made for Kyle McDonald's Appropriating New Technologies class at the Interactive Telecommunication program at NYU.
